  Holy smokes, it has been a VERY, long time since I have visited a chicken now. I remember when they first opened in Pasadena California. My husband now but boyfriend at the time made a long trip up there just to try it out. Now that I have tried raising canes, I wonder which place came first.
  
  It is located in the food court area so it is definitely busy during meal times. The cashier chick did not seem to like her job much and did not have a smile with service. *one star docked.
  
  I noticed the pricing has gone up since I last visited but had confidence in the quality of fried strips I would be receiving. I opted for the strip box with fries and toast. When I received it, my chicken strips did not come in a box and the toast was so bland and un-appetizing. I definitely regretted getting the toast as french fries probably would have been a safer choice.
  
  The chicken quality was good. Breading was perfect in proportions and the dipping sauce was just as good as I last remember. Again, it reminds me a lot of raising canes but their toast tastes a lot better.
  
  They have a coke freestyle machine for drinks and luckily the provide free water which did not taste like toilet water. See you again next time chicken now!

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Avoid this place at all cost. The two Hispanic girls at the window were extremely rude. They took another customers order before me even though I was infront of the register telling the girl I wanted to order the Texus club. Then they screwed up my order by giving me a grilled sandwich instead of the original. The girl at the counter said I orded the grill but my receipt said other wise and she said "I'm new here". I get it, mistakes can happen. The cook, and I used that term extremely loosely, rushed my order but ended up giving me a raw piece of chicken. I didn't realize until I was almost done. I went back to the server and the two girls started laughing at me and started to speak Spanish. I asked to speak to a manger or owner but they gave me the usual, "he's not here right now". This has been the worst experience at a Chicken Now and very upsetting. I have never been treated this horribly in my life. I will be reporting them to the Southern Nevada health department. Look at pictures. Btw, the Texas chicken sandwich had no flavor. The toast was stale, the bacon was extremely small, and sauce (spit sauce*) had no flavor.

  I bought a salad, and found a wasp in it, when I told the cashier she didn't even blink and only for annoyed about it. She offered to make something else because she could not offer a refund.
  Crappy place, terrible service

  The Experience was terrible from start... I got a chicken sandwich and they charged for the sauce, then I bought a large drink and it was only for fountain drinks in which they had only a limited supply. So they offered koolaid so I said cool give me that and they charged me for that!! Then I bit into my sandwich and it was over cooked please close this place

  This was my first experience here & it was not the best. I ordered the grilled chicken cesar salad and was waiting for about 20 minutes only to get a crispy salad ! Food was sub par. Was just looking for something healthy
